Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 1 oz fresh blood orange juice
  • 1 oz soda water
  • 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. 2Pour in Aperol and blood orange juice.
  3. 3Top with prosecco and soda water.
  4. 4Stir gently to combine.
  5. 5Serve while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean or your television.
