Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz violet liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. 1Dry shake gin, violet liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. 2Add ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3. 3Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
4. 4Allow the foam to rise and settle.
5. 5The pale violet hue suggests an out-of-body glow.
