Ra's Resurrection

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz green Chartreuse
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes black walnut bitters
• 1 oz chilled green tea

Instructions

1. 1Brew green tea and chill completely before using.
2. 2Combine mezcal, Chartreuse, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and double-strain into a rocks glass over a large ice sphere.
4. 4Float the chilled green tea gently over the back of a spoon.
5. 5Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a single fresh sage leaf pressed against the glass.
