Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz dry curaçao alternative — blue pea flower syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz sparkling water
• 0.25 oz lychee syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, blue pea flower syrup, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and lychee syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall rocks glass over large clear ice.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir once.
4. 4The drink should glow blue-violet like the Atlantean crystal power source.
5. 5Garnish with a crystal-clear rock candy swizzle stick and a lime wheel with a notch cut in it like an ancient rune.
