The Zeus Strike

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz black cherry liqueur
• 0.5 oz activated charcoal syrup
• 3 dashes mole bitters
• 1 tsp smoked sea salt (for rim)

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with smoked sea salt
2. 2Combine mezcal, blood orange juice, black cherry liqueur, charcoal syrup, and mole bitters in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake hard for 12 seconds
4. 4Strain over a large ice cube in the prepared rocks glass
5. 5Garnish with a blood orange half-wheel and a dried black cherry on a pick
