The Stamper Sacrifice

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh peach juice
• 0.5 oz Amaretto
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 0.5 oz cold heavy cream for float

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, peach juice, Amaretto, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large clear ice cube.
4. 4Float cold heavy cream over the back of a bar spoon on the surface.
5. 5Garnish with a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg on the cream — honor the sacrifice.
