Ingredients

2 oz gin
0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz butterfly pea flower tea
1 oz tonic water

Instructions

1Shake gin, elderflower, and lime juice with ice.
2Strain into a coupe glass.
3Pour butterfly pea flower tea slowly — it will shift color on contact with citrus.
4Top with tonic water.
