2 oz navy-strength gin
0.75 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white

Instructions

1Dry shake gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.
3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4Let the white foam cap settle on top.
