The Class Reunion

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 4 fresh mint leaves
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass.
2. 2Add ice, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters.
3. 3Stir to combine.
4. 4Top with sparkling water.
5. 5Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel — older, wiser, still drinking.
