Ingredients

• 1.5 oz cognac
• 0.75 oz Kahlúa
• 0.5 oz heavy cream
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes chocolate bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine cognac, Kahlúa, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Float heavy cream by pouring over the back of a spoon.
5. 5Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder — sophisticated, unexpected, and absolutely legendary.
