Ingredients

2 oz mezcal
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz green Chartreuse
0.5 oz agave syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 oz soda water

Instructions

1Combine mezcal, lime juice, Chartreuse, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
4Top with soda water and add bitters on the surface.
5Garnish and serve immediately.
