2 oz mezcal
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz grenadine
0.5 oz agave nectar
2 dashes smoked chili bitters

Instructions

1Shake mezcal, lime juice, agave nectar, and bitters with ice.
2Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3Slowly pour grenadine through the center so it blooms upward.
4Serve immediately.
