0.75 oz maple syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Dry shake bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Drop bitters on the foam.
