Teacher Appreciation Punch

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 1 oz hibiscus tea (cooled)
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.25 oz raspberry syrup
• 3 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Brew hibiscus tea strong, cool, and measure 1 oz.
2. 2Combine rum, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, honey syrup, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over ice.
4. 4Top with ginger beer — do not stir.
5. 5Garnish with a lemon wheel and a dried hibiscus flower — teachers deserve this.
