3 oz dry rosé wine
1 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz sparkling water
3 fresh raspberries

Instructions

1Muddle raspberries gently in the bottom of a wine glass.
2Add rosé, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.
3Add ice and top with sparkling water.
4Stir gently to combine.
