The Yellowstone Supervolcano

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz reposado tequila
• 0.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz blood orange juice
• 0.25 oz agave nectar
• 2 dashes smoked chili bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, mezcal, lime juice, blood orange juice, agave nectar, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel pressed against the inside of the glass.
5. 5Dust the surface lightly with smoked paprika for the volcanic ash effect.
