The Monolith

Ingredients

• 2 oz London dry gin
• 0.75 oz butterfly pea flower-infused simple syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz crème de violette
• 2 oz premium tonic water
• 2 drops orange blossom water

Instructions

1. 1Add gin, butterfly pea syrup, lemon juice, and crème de violette to shaker
2. 2Fill with ice and shake until well-chilled
3. 3Strain into Collins glass filled with fresh ice
4. 4Top with tonic water and orange blossom water
5. 5Stir gently to combine, watching the color shift from deep blue to purple
