The Bunker Breeze

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz amaretto
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Add bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and add bitters.
5. 5Stir gently once to combine.
